At Wuilder, we are committed to delivering a powerful and intuitive experience for freelancers managing their clients, projects, meetings, and files. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we are here to help.
2. Free Tier / Trial Period
If you're using Wuilder on a free plan or trial version, you are not eligible for refunds as no payments have been made.
3. Paid Subscriptions
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. If you decide to cancel:
- Monthly Plans: You can cancel anytime. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: You may request a refund within the first 7 days of purchase. After that period, the subscription is non-refundable.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
- You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
- You were charged after cancellation and did not use the service.
- A critical service malfunction or outage directly impacted your workflow (subject to verification).
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline a refund if your account shows continued usage after billing or if abuse of the system is detected.
